We prefer to meet with you in person, we feel it gives us a better understanding of what you want and how we can better serve you.

Do you deliver every image you shoot?2016-10-13T20:00:09+00:00

We do not deliver every image we shoot. We prefer that you do not see the images that are not in focus or poorly exposed. We do deliver a folder of Favorites, Others and Web res for your viewing pleasure.

There is no specific number of images that we deliver for any shoot. We deliver the best images that represent you. Our customers have never complained about not having enough images.

Do you edit all of the images or do touch-ups?2016-10-13T20:00:19+00:00

We look at every images and make adjustments that we consider basic, like composition, exposure and color. Depending on the package that you chose we will also perform blemish removal, skin softening, specific enhancements and creative versions of the images.

Can we choose the pictures that go into our album?2016-01-26T03:48:32+00:00

We prefer that you are involved with the production of your album. We spend a lot of time assembling your album and we will not be satisfied with anything less than the best.

Depending on the shot and what package or services that you have purchased will dictate the speed at what you get your images. We have many clients that require onsite editing and export for immediate social media deployment. We don’t let your images sit around, we like to have them in your hands within five working days of your shoot as a worse case scenario.

Each shoot is unique and each will require a different amount of time.

This is easy, call us and let us know that you want our team to photograph you and your event.

We charge for every hour that our team is required to be at your event.

We have seen our pictures that are printed on banners and they look fantastic.

What rights do I have to the images?2016-10-13T20:00:19+00:00

You have the rights to copy and use the images for personal purposes. The only restriction is that the images cannot be used for commercial purposes without a copyright release for that purpose.

Do you provide RAW images?2016-01-26T03:42:52+00:00

We do for our corporate customers that ask for them. We prefer that those who don’t understand what a RAW Image is don’t have access to them. This is a digital negative that requires some knowledge to properly use.

Do you have liability insurance?2017-03-27T21:08:25+00:00

Yes, we carry adequate insurance to work at all of the major Las Vegas Strip Properties.

Do you back up your images?2016-10-13T20:00:19+00:00

Yes we back up our images. We actually have the very first images that we captured backed up and ready to view. We consider ourselves “Digital Pack Rats”.

Are you willing to accept a list of “must-have” photos?2016-01-26T03:37:19+00:00

We welcome shot lists. A shot list is a list of must have photo’s for our customers and those are the people that we serve.

If we cancel, will we receive our money back?2017-03-27T21:08:55+00:00

We have a cancelation policy that allows you to receive a 100% refund if within the parameters of our cancellation policy.

What if we change our date after booking?2017-03-27T21:09:29+00:00

This usually isn’t an issue unless it is on short notice. If we are close to the event date and you change the date we may already be booked on another event. In addition to the above, if we cannot re-book ourselves for the original date we will require compensation based on our cancellation policy.

You will be charged sales tax based on Las Vegas Clark County tax laws.

Do you book more than one shoot in a day?2016-01-26T03:34:31+00:00

We often book multiple shoots in a day. We have many photographers and limiting ourselves to one shoot a day would deprive many of a great photographic experience.

Do you offer discounts on weekdays?2016-01-26T03:33:40+00:00

We do not offer discounts based on the day of the week.

We require a signed contract and a deposit to hold the date of your event. We are happy to get your date in our calendar and give you first right of refusal as well.

What if you haven’t shot at my venue before?2016-01-26T03:32:01+00:00

Our photographers are professionals and they all have a style and are capable of getting a great shot regardless of the venue.

How far should I book in advance?2016-01-26T03:30:40+00:00

You should call us and schedule and appointment and get your date in our calendar. We like to book as far out as possible to insure you get the dates that you are requesting.

If you are comfortable doing your own make up we would encourage you to do so.

We can include Hair and Make Up services as a part of your contract with us.

Can I share my photos on social media?2016-10-13T20:00:19+00:00

We encourage you to share your images with the world and that include Social Media sites.

Do you travel? What are your travel fees?2016-01-26T03:27:47+00:00

We do Travel. We require that all of our travel expenses are covered and also compensate us for the travel days spent. Some travel destinations are same day travel and don’t require travel day expenses.

How many people will be present for my shoot?2016-01-26T03:25:34+00:00

Each shoot is unique to us and thus requiring a staff to fit the need. We don’t have a set number of staff members for any photography session.
